I’m the founder of Dolcica. Since 2024 in Alanya, I prepare every order with care to turn it into a story made just for you

Pastry-making is far more than a hobby for me. In 2023 I founded Dolcica after earning my Master and Master Trainer credentials.

From birthday cakes to cupcakes, from cakes with lettering to hand-painted designs, every cake is designed especially for you.

In my cakes there are no ready-made forms, artificial flavors or shortcuts; only fresh eggs, real butter, quality chocolate and seasonal fruits.

Every order is more than just work to me; it’s part of a birthday, a small surprise, a big emotion.
